How high up should I hang my panels?

Typically, panels are centered around ear height in the room, but this can vary depending on the use of the panels.
What types of customers do you serve?

We serve a wide range of customers, from private consumers with home studios and home theaters to major companies and firms such as Sony Music, Waldorf Astoria, EL Super, Columbia, and many more, as well as world-famous music producers and musicians.
Do your panels come with everything I need to hang them?

Yes, our standard acoustic panels come with hooks and a full kit (including screws, a ceiling mount, or a bass trap mount as needed). The Bass Traps, Panels and Diffusers come with hooks already attached on their backs for easier installation. They are similar to a picture frame and easy to install. All you need are some simple standard tools (e.g., measuring tape, screwdrivers, drill). The kit also includes installation instructions for the wall panels.
What shipping company do you use?

We ship with UPS Ground.

Can I get custom-sized panels?

Yes, we can manufacture acoustic panels and bass traps to your specifications. We’ve handled various custom orders, from smaller sizes to extra-large panels. Just contact us at gmacousticdesign@gmail.com or call 213-877-1156 to get started.
What is your return policy?

You may return items for a full refund (excluding custom products) within 7 days. We require customers to pay for roundtrip shipping (the cost to ship the items to you and to ship them back to us). The purchase price of the products will be refunded as soon as we receive the items.
Where are your panels shipped from?

We are based in and ship from downtown Los Angeles, California, USA. If need help or advice for Acoustic Treatment in my space, can you help me? How do I contact you for that? Sure! Do the panels have any toxic materials?

No. We don’t use any toxic materials in our panels.
How soon after placing an order can I expect delivery?

Once your order is complete, we will ship it from our facility, and you should then receive tracking updates from the shipping company. Shipping usually takes anywhere from one to five days, depending on your distance from Los Angeles.
Do you provide a guarantee?

We offer a two-year warranty on any manufacturing defects and will either fix or replace the item.
What is the difference between GM Acoustic Design products and others?

Our products are made in the USA, hand-made, and use high-end, high-quality acoustic materials. The panel and bass trap frames are uniquely made from MDF, which adds sound absorption, unlike other panels on the market that have wooden frames that reflect sound.
