No. We don’t use any toxic materials in our panels.

Our products are made in the USA, hand-made, and use high-end, high-quality acoustic materials. The panel and bass trap frames are uniquely made from MDF, which adds sound absorption, unlike other panels on the market that have wooden frames that reflect sound.

Yes, our standard acoustic panels come with hooks and a full kit (including screws, a ceiling mount, or a bass trap mount as needed). The Bass Traps, Panels and Diffusers come with hooks already attached on their backs for easier installation. They are similar to a picture frame and easy to install. All you need are some simple standard tools (e.g., measuring tape, screwdrivers, drill). The kit also includes installation instructions for the wall panels.

Typically, panels are centered around ear height in the room, but this can vary depending on the use of the panels.

We ship with UPS Ground.

Once your order is complete, we will ship it from our facility, and you should then receive tracking updates from the shipping company. Shipping usually takes anywhere from one to five days, depending on your distance from Los Angeles.

You may return items for a full refund (excluding custom products) within 7 days. We require customers to pay for roundtrip shipping (the cost to ship the items to you and to ship them back to us). The purchase price of the products will be refunded as soon as we receive the items.
